Kitchen Helper – Fruit Preparation & Packaging

Position Overview

Seeking a diligent and dependable Kitchen Helper responsible for the preparation and packaging of fresh fruit bowls, ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Duties

• Clean, peel, cut, and prepare fresh fruits following established quality standards to guarantee appealing and consistent presentation.
• Discard any spoiled or damaged fruits prior to preparation.
• Package fruit bowls precisely as per order details, ensuring cleanliness, proper sealing, accurate labeling, and organized dispatch.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, work stations, utensils, and equipment throughout the working hours.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and personal hygiene norms.
• Properly handle waste disposal and sustain an orderly workspace during operations.
• Assist with washing and storing fruits, reporting shortages or damaged items to supervisors.
• Support daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen duties, food preparation, or fruit cutting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work promptly without compromising quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of personal cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physically capable to stand for long periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and collaborative team player.

Work Schedule

The position involves working from 9 AM to 10 AM and 3 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
