Role Overview
The position supports the growth and operational management of the Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro platform within Global IT. Working closely with the Senior Kinaxis Consultant, responsibilities include system configuration, integration assistance, testing, and daily platform operations. This opportunity suits a motivated professional possessing strong implementation experience eager to expand their scope of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete Kinaxis implementations, covering requirements gathering, system configuration, testing phases, and successful deployment.
- Create and upkeep workbooks, dashboards, alert systems, and data views within the Kinaxis platform.
- Contribute to designing and maintaining data integration pipelines linking Kinaxis with external systems such as ERP and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
- Supervise data load processes and integration tasks, diagnosing and addressing any data quality concerns.
- Provide second-tier technical assistance to business users encountering Kinaxis-related issues.
- Conduct various types of testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, documenting outcomes and ensuring defect resolution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, including at least one full end-to-end implementation project.
- Degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to develop workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and data views.
- Practical understanding of data integration principles and experience handling Kinaxis data feeds.
- Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting and data validation purposes.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain planning fundamentals including demand forecasting, supply management, and inventory control.
- Awareness of ITIL frameworks and service management protocols covering incident, change, and problem management.
- Kinaxis certification is advantageous; experience with ERP systems (SAP, QAD, IFS) and ETL tools is a plus.
