Key Account Manager

Position Overview

A pharmaceutical organization seeks a Key Account Manager to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing strategies and managing relationships to drive business growth within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic plans that align with overall business goals and sales targets.
• Maintain and expand engagement with major stakeholders in government, institutional, and private healthcare accounts.
• Boost sales efforts, enhance product penetration, and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Spot new business prospects and devise strategies to fully leverage account potential.
• Oversee tender processes, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, forecasting, and ensure product availability in collaboration with various internal departments.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holder of a bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees considered advantageous.
• At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management specifically within Eastern Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in specialty care sectors is mandatory.
• Previous role as a Key Account Manager within Saudi Arabia is crucial.
