Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist relevant job postings on Upwork.
• Conduct thorough research on clients and specific job needs.
• Compose personalized and well-written proposals targeting specific projects.
• Maintain records of bid submissions, client responses, and interview progress.
• Analyze bidding outcomes and continuously refine strategies for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience with bidding on Upwork is preferred.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent research skills and keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of software-related terminology is advantageous.
• Availability during the 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time shift is mandatory.
