As a trusted partner to prominent blue-chip firms across various industries, our company is expanding and seeking a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to enhance our accomplished team. This opportunity is ideal for those with an interest in recruitment and a background in Recruitment or Human Resources.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identifying and screening appropriate candidates for IT roles.
- Coordinating interviews and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Sourcing candidates through networks, direct sourcing, existing databases, advertising, and building professional relationships.
- Collaborating closely with a seasoned senior IT recruiter with over 20 years of experience.
Candidate Requirements
- One to two years’ professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, agency environments, or related office administration or sales roles.
- Previous exposure to recruitment or candidate resourcing is advantageous.
- Strong oral communication skills coupled with a pleasing phone demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- A proactive attitude contributing to the company's reputed and enduring recruitment services.
