Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager focused on Quality & Fitting to join our team at our Detmold location. Your core responsibilities will include continuous fit and quality assessments, approving production samples, and maintaining ongoing collaboration with product management and international manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality and fit inspections of products.
• Authorize production releases based on sample prototypes.
• Maintain continuous communication within the product management team and coordinate with international production sites.

Candidate Profile

• Typically fits shoe size 37, with foot lengths between 231 – 236 mm, and average foot and calf shapes.
• Strong passion for fashion and footwear coupled with a keen awareness of material quality and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication abilities, including proficient spoken and written English.
• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship is preferred; career changers are also welcome.
• High level of commitment and motivation.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel as part of the role.
