Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Planner/Scheduler to fill a temporary vacancy covering long-term sick leave within our Outage Management team. This position entails managing the planning and scheduling of maintenance works for both onshore and offshore substations along with related support equipment and transmission assets. The successful candidate will primarily oversee one regional asset portfolio and collaborate with teams across the UK.
Working Hours and Location
- Minimum of 37.5 hours per week
- Work primarily based in the office with flexibility for hybrid arrangements as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler, ideally within the renewable energy industry
- Prior exposure to transmission assets is preferred; candidates with experience in wind turbine generator planning are also encouraged to apply
- Ability to proactively manage tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high health, safety, and quality standards
- Strong proficiency with IT tools is essential
- Mandatory experience with SAP, which is the main system used for work planning and scheduling
