Junior Laboratory Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Laboratory Technician to join our team at Dr. P. Bhasin Pathlabs Private Limited, located in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi. This role is open to freshers and individuals with up to three years of experience. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹30,000. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct routine lab tests and manage sample processing accurately.
• Support various laboratory processes in Biochemistry, Hematology, Serology, and Clinical Pathology fields.
• Follow standard operating procedures for sample handling and processing.
• Document laboratory activities systematically and maintain records.
• Operate lab instruments under supervision while adhering to quality standards.
• Implement safety, hygiene, and quality control measures diligently.
• Ensure timely and precise completion of all assigned laboratory tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of DMLT, B.Sc. MLT, M.Sc., or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as applicants with up to three years of related experience.
• Fundamental understanding of laboratory procedures and sample management.
• Effective communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
• Additional expertise or experience in Histology is considered advantageous.
