About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Graphic & Video Editor to become part of our creative team based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with experience in agency or brand environments who possess a strong visual sense and understand social media content dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphic visuals tailored for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Edit and assemble short-form videos including reels, promotional clips, and other digital content formats.
- Conceptualize creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines and campaign targets.
- Focus on visual elements such as typography, layout design, color schemes, and overall visual harmony.
- Convert creatives and video content into varying formats suitable for multiple media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with teams across creative, marketing, and account management functions.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Remain informed about current trends in design, video production, and social media engagement techniques.
Requirements
- Prior experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
- Exposure to agency or brand projects is a plus.
- Proficiency with key tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or comparable software.
- Solid understanding of social media creative formats and video requirements.
- Good skills in composition, typography, color theory, and storytelling through visuals.
- Ability to efficiently incorporate feedback and revise work promptly.
- Creativity combined with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities and strong time management skills.
