Job Overview
This role is for experienced Java Developers skilled in AI integration, based in Gurugram. The job offers a full-time position to professionals with 7 or more years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications leveraging Java and Spring Boot technologies.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI functionalities within enterprise business applications.
- Create and optimize solutions based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and AI-powered features.
- Collaborate closely with AI, product, and business teams to provide innovative technology solutions.
- Design secure, scalable cloud-centric architectures aligned with best practices.
- Engage in code review processes, performance tuning, and supporting applications in production environments.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure efficient development cycles.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Java versions 8, 11, and 17.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security frameworks.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
- Expertise with Hibernate and JPA for object-relational mapping.
- Database management skills in SQL & NoSQL systems such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with messaging systems like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Version control and automation tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and system design principles.
AI and Generative AI Experience
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models within enterprise applications.
- Practical knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI platforms.
- Worked with large language models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Skilled in prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies.
- Familiarity with vector database technologies like Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, and Weaviate.
- Use of AI agent frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and CrewAI.
- Integration of AI models via API services.
