Job Overview

This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the store and travel center facilities, including showers and restrooms, washing and managing linens, performing minor repairs, collecting trash, and consistently providing excellent guest service through well-maintained environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store premises.
• Clean shower areas and restrooms thoroughly.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers efficiently.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as needed around the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center property.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining high-quality facility conditions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with others.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the shift.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and day shifts.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and capability to perform minor repairs.
