Job Overview

Janitorial Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the store, ensuring customers are greeted with a positive impression from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, meeting or exceeding the local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional pay incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties, with the possibility of multiple premiums simultaneously.
• Available shifts include Opening and Morning.
