Demandify Media, a dynamic digital marketing firm dedicated to helping businesses reach their objectives through innovative and effective solutions, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their Pune office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support as an IT analyst with experience ranging from approximately 0.6 months to 1 year.
- Manage and support Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and maintain networking components including DNS, DHCP, and firewall settings.
- Handle IT asset management and generate detailed reports.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support IT functions effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of network protocols such as DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and security.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for reporting and asset management.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and support capabilities.
Compensation and Other Details
