IT Architect - Cloud Consultant

Position Overview

Join Duncan & Ross Consulting as an IT Architect specializing in cloud technologies, driving digital transformation for global industry leaders. Through evaluating client digital capabilities and conducting feasibility assessments, you'll play a critical role in shaping sustainable IT solutions.

Key Duties

• Lead and manage agile development teams to implement strategic IT projects, establishing modern methodologies including DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Ensure the successful technical execution of vital digital requirements such as cyber resilience and security.
• Design, analyze, and enhance state-of-the-art, tailored IT architectures, leveraging knowledge of legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and emerging technologies like cloud computing, microservices, and blockchain.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Understand and value modern technologies including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methodologies, artificial intelligence, and robotics as foundational to robust IT architectures.
• Demonstrate broad technical expertise and a keen interest in evolving technology trends.
• Have a proven ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams and work in global environments.
• Experience with cloud hyperscalers is required, with certifications from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AliCloud, or TencentCloud being highly desirable.
• Proficient in English for clear communication of complex concepts; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across client locations in the Middle East.
