Inventory, Dispatch & Packing Executive

About the Role

We seek a responsible individual to oversee daily inventory management, order packing, and dispatch activities within our e-commerce business located in Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi. This role demands precise inventory handling, timely order processing, and meticulous record keeping in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, count, inspect, and organize stock on a daily basis.
• Maintain precise inventory records ensuring stock availability levels are met.
• Pick and pack products according to customer orders, verifying accuracy before shipment.
• Label packages appropriately and coordinate dispatch schedules, liaising with logistic partners for collection.
• Inspect dispatched goods for correct quantity, quality, and packaging standards.
• Manage returns, replacements, and incoming stock with accuracy.
• Conduct routine physical stock verifications and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and packing zones.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures for seamless warehouse operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum completion of 12th grade; graduates also eligible.
• Up to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, inventory control, packing, or dispatch preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and dependable organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate multiple daily tasks effectively.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Full-time role with fixed working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Six working days per week with Sundays off.
• Monthly salary range between ₹13,000 and ₹15,000 based on experience and capabilities.
