Job Overview
Join Muthoot Finance as an Internship Trainee in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and engage directly with branch operations to support and enhance customer relationships through various responsibilities focused on customer service, documentation, and financial product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customer inquiries and assist branch customers with KYC and documentation processes.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and provide orientation to clients on branch services.
- Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products exclusively within the branch premises.
- Perform interest collection follow-ups through calling existing customers and keep them informed about payment updates.
- Handle some backend administrative tasks at the branch.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting and deliver pitches to acquire new business leads.
- Maintain and build all facets of customer relationships, ensuring excellent client servicing for existing customers.
Eligibility
