Job Overview

Join our team as an International Voice Process Executive based at HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore. This full-time role requires working from the office during night shifts with a five-day workweek and two days off.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism.
• Accurately assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Uphold high standards of communication and customer service throughout interactions.
• Adhere strictly to established call handling procedures, quality benchmarks, and process guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and update customer data as necessary.
• Achieve designated productivity, quality, and performance goals.
• Refer complex customer queries to the relevant department for resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in international voice processes or customer service is advantageous.
