About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Recruiter to become a key player in our expanding recruitment agency by managing the hiring of top talent for our own team. As a compact and ambitious firm, you will collaborate directly with the primary hiring decision-maker, playing a vital part in the company’s ongoing growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about candidate engagement, including sourcing, headhunting, networking, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full charge of the recruitment process within the organization.
• Actively source and headhunt skilled recruitment professionals.
• Develop and sustain pipelines of potential future hires.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, company database, and direct outreach for sourcing candidates.
• Screen and conduct interviews with potential employees.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance and start date.
• Organize final interviews alongside the responsible hiring manager.
• Create and nurture relationships with passive candidates who may be interested in future roles.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Promote and support the employer brand while innovating recruitment approaches.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Agency recruitment background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates.
• Confidence in approaching and connecting with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Capable of working autonomously with ownership of tasks.
• Self-driven, persistent, and focused on achieving results.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and responds well to urgency.
