Job description
Position Overview
The Interior Site Supervisor role entails managing and coordinating all on-site interior project activities. This position ensures the projects are carried out aligning with design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines. Acting as the key link between project managers, designers, contractors, and site workers, the supervisor guarantees seamless communication and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the interior project site to maintain workflow efficiency and schedule compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections on materials, finishes, and craftsmanship to confirm adherence to outlined design and quality benchmarks.
- Lead and coordinate teams including site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
- Implement and uphold safety measures, ensuring the workspace remains free from hazards.
- Report progress regularly to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting developments, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Resolve on-site challenges with agility, addressing discrepancies in design, material availability, and technical matters.
- Participate in client site visits by explaining updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and finishing materials.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of demonstrated experience in interior site supervision or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills essential for collaborating with designers, contractors, and clients.
- Effective leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to make quick and informed decisions, maintaining flexibility in a dynamic project setting.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site supervision at various interior project locations. Flexibility is needed to accommodate extended working hours to meet project deadlines.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
