Interior Site Incharge

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Operations Executive / Interior Site Incharge to oversee commercial interior projects. The incumbent will manage on-site execution, billing processes, and coordinate effectively among various stakeholders while maintaining exemplary quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations encompassing interior and finishing works, including painting and waterproofing tasks.
• Lead and supervise on-site teams such as painters and external contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while upholding established quality benchmarks.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to enable smooth project workflows.
• Conduct site billing activities, generate BOQs, track project costs, and maintain proper documentation.
• Respond swiftly to client feedback to sustain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and maintain work schedules, allocate manpower and resources, and monitor task progress.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company protocols at work sites.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Between 1 to 5 years of direct experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in site billing procedures and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) management.
• Solid understanding of finishing processes like painting, polishing, and waterproofing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to efficiently handle multiple project sites and diverse teams.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle to facilitate site visits is required.
