Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to develop and design interior spaces for offices and commercial environments. The role centers around creating efficient furniture layouts, space planning, and ensuring effective execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and translate client needs into practical and creative design concepts.
- Create detailed 2D layouts, plans for furniture placement, working drawings, and designs.
- Generate 3D renderings and visualizations to support client presentations.
- Design various office spaces including workstations, private cabins, meeting rooms, reception zones, and storage areas.
- Measure site conditions accurately and develop designs that fit the actual space.
- Choose appropriate materials, finishes, laminates, furniture, and decorative elements.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and conduct basic cost estimations when needed.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain design approvals and make necessary revisions.
- Liaise with sales, production, suppliers, and installation teams for smooth project progress.
- Regularly visit project sites to verify that installations match approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage multiple project deadlines and deliver designs promptly.
- Devise innovative and budget-conscious design solutions to meet project requirements.
