Position Overview

We are inviting applications for a skilled Interior Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience, passionate about integrating AI-enhanced design techniques into the creative process. The role involves supporting the senior design team at all phases of project realization, aiming to elevate design quality, accelerate workflows, and enrich client presentations through advanced technology use.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the conceptual development for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Create mood boards, concept displays, and material selections for presentations.
• Develop detailed furniture layouts, ceiling and flooring plans, and interior elevations.
• Produce high-quality design presentation packages.
• Leverage AI design tools to enhance efficiency, including concept generation, photorealistic rendering improvement, mood board visualization, image refinement, rapid ideation, and automating repetitive design operations.
• Organize functional space layouts and furniture placement, optimizing circulation and spatial flow.
• Research, specify, and coordinate material and FF&E selections such as finishes, lighting, furniture, fabrics, and accessories with suppliers.
• Prepare detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate these with architectural, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Support site coordination through visits, issue resolution, and verification of construction aligning with design intent.
• Deliver clear and professional client presentations and participate in client discussions as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant interior design experience with a portfolio highlighting residential and hospitality projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior materials, lighting, furniture, joinery, and decorative finishes.
• Proficient in technical drawing preparation and presentation package development.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, space planning, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity and practical experience with AI design platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Midjourney, GPT Image, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and others are highly preferred.
• Software expertise including AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office; additional experience with Enscape, D5 Render, Revit, or 3ds Max is advantageous.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects and openness to adopting new technologies.
• Preference will be given to UAE residents; Arabic language skills and a UAE driving license are benefits.

Additional Information

This position aims for an immediate start. Applicants from nationalities other than Indian are preferred due to current visa restrictions. Salary offered ranges from AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
