Job Overview
Located in Delhi, India, the Intelligence Analyst role involves creating impactful intelligence assessments concerning foreign military activities, weapon developments, international conflicts, and stability. These analyses assist India and allied nations in strategic security decisions by integrating AI-generated data from Rhombus with extensive open-source information.
Responsibilities
- Identify critical intelligence topics reflecting client objectives and mission priorities.
- Develop comprehensive intelligence reports adhering to Indian Intelligence Community standards.
- Leverage Rhombus's AI intelligence resources combined with expert analytic research to underpin intelligence products.
- Spot information shortages and work alongside the Model and Data Development team to source necessary data.
- Implement structured analytic techniques to ensure superior product quality.
- Present intelligence findings effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert concerning defense, military technologies, weaponry, and related security trends relevant to customers.
- Contribute feedback to improve existing intelligence tools and assist in developing new capabilities.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least five years of analytic experience focused on military capabilities, weapons, and defense/security issues.
- Preferably trained or experienced within the Indian Intelligence Community or military.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Economics, or related social science disciplines emphasizing security; advanced degrees or PhDs are highly welcomed.
- Proven ability to generate written intelligence tailored to specific client needs.
- Experience presenting briefings on complex national security topics within high-pressure environments.
- Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.
- High intellectual curiosity, strong emotional intelligence, perseverance, and initiative to maintain continuous delivery under dynamic conditions.
- Eligibility for security clearance by the Ministry of Defence or equivalent authority; current clearance holders should specify level and sponsor.
- Additional knowledge in data analysis, statistics, data science, or programming languages such as Python, R, or STATA is advantageous.
