About the Role
We are seeking Installation Technicians to join our team in the west of Ireland and Munster regions, including Cork and Kerry. The role involves delivering state-of-the-art full fibre broadband installation and repair services, ensuring an excellent customer experience and upholding our strict health and safety standards.
Key Duties
- Plan and organise daily and weekly workloads to complete installations and maintenance punctually and efficiently, meeting both client expectations and company objectives.
- Perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions, often completing multiple installations daily.
- Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service during all interactions with residents, clients, and partners.
- Carry out comprehensive broadband installations including site surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate installation feasibility, infrastructure conditions, and associated risks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in team meetings to share feedback and collaborate towards enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high safety standards by actively identifying and mitigating workplace risks.
- Handle client complaints effectively to sustain strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to additional assigned tasks as required by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks including regular climbing of poles and ladders, underground work, and handling heavy equipment in challenging weather.
- Hold a full, clean manual driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and communicate customer needs, regardless of their technical knowledge.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided for motivated individuals with appropriate personality and transferable skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles within engineering environments.

- Working hours are typically 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, including Saturdays.
