Job Overview
We seek a skilled professional experienced in installing premium curtains, blinds, and similar window treatments. The role requires comprehensive expertise, especially in motorized curtain systems like Somfy, and a commitment to delivering installations with precision and superior craftsmanship. Candidates must exhibit a strong work ethic, maintain high hygiene standards, and communicate effectively in English with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Carry out precise and expert installation of various window coverings including curtains, blinds, and shades.
- Install, program, and troubleshoot motorized curtain and blind mechanisms, focusing on Somfy systems.
- Accurately measure installation spaces and prepare all necessary materials beforehand.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations conform to company and client standards, addressing any issues promptly.
- Engage professionally with clients during installation to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with design teams and tailors to fulfill project specifications optimally.
- Resolve any on-site challenges swiftly to preserve installation quality.
- Offer maintenance and repair services post-installation as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols ensuring secure installations and maintain a tidy work environment by disposing packaging materials appropriately.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury curtain and blind installation.
- Deep understanding of various styles, installation methods, and materials of curtains and blinds.
- Expertise in motorized curtain technology, with a focus on Somfy systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to work accurately.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to follow directions and operate autonomously.
