About the Role
Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is seeking proactive candidates for the position of Customer Support Associate (CSA) based in Dehradun. This role involves addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Work Details
- Work mode: On-site at Dehradun office, including training and job activities.
- Shift schedule: Rotational shifts totaling 9 hours daily; part-time options are also provided.
- Week off: One day off per week on a rotating basis.
Compensation
The monthly in-hand salary ranges up to INR 22,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have cleared at least 12th grade or hold any graduate degree.
- Strong command over English communication is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Additional Information
Walk-in interviews are conducted between 10 AM and 7 PM at the Dehradun location.
