Position Overview

The IIOT Engineering Delivery Lead will be responsible for creating solutions that leverage Yokogawa and partner digital platforms, which integrate multiple technologies to improve productivity, asset management, and predictive analytics. This role involves managing a team, identifying technical requirements, application development, project engineering, and delivering digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products for Operational Technology (OT), Information Technology (IT), and Enterprise Technology (ET) data integration and transformation, including front-end and back-end development, engineering, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Lead complex projects through their full lifecycle—from capturing requirements to handover and post-order support.
• Travel globally up to 10% for implementations and trainings.
• Acquire and apply new features in COTS products continuously.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule, maintaining zero escalations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL databases, AI/ML model development, and AI agents.
• Experience configuring IoT gateways, using graphic design tools, JIRA, Agile methodologies, Office 365 applications, and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience with OT/IT/ET data integration technologies such as LoRaWAN, MQTT, APIs, and OT protocols.
• Expertise in Industrial Digital Transformation, Energy Management Systems, AI/ML-based industrial solutions, and SaaS platforms.
• Designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven industrial applications to enhance operational efficiency, energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and sustainability efforts.
