About The Role
Join The Village Bakery Group as a Hygiene Operative on the permanent night shift where you will support hygiene teams with straightforward tasks. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training with the goal of quickly developing your skills to become a proficient operative earning increased hourly pay.
Working Hours
The role operates on a 4-on, 4-off night schedule from 17:45 to 06:00.

- Experience in fast-paced factory or production environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
