Job description
Overview
This role involves managing payroll and human resource operations across the corporate office while ensuring adherence to policies, local labor laws, and Ministry of Health directives within Saudi Arabia. The position also supports government relations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance reporting.
Key Duties
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and address any payroll-related issues.
- Maintain corporate HR functions including record management, contract administration, HRIS updates, and manpower budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Ministry of Health requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Handle government-related tasks such as visas, work permits, Saudization/Nitaqat programs, and regulatory reporting for all locations in Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes for corporate employees, additionally assisting branch HR teams where needed.
- Administer training programs, performance evaluations, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement for the corporate workforce.
- Manage corporate grievance procedures and promote uniform HR practices across all branches.
- Provide quality control measures and generate reports on HR metrics and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in human resources with proven expertise in payroll and HR operations; 8+ years preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws, Ministry of Health regulations, and governmental procedures concerning visas and Saudization.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with payroll software and managing compliance across multiple locations; familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards is an advantage.
