Human Resources Manager

About the Role

An established and award-winning pet care facility located in Al Quoz, Dubai, specializing in daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and rehabilitation services for dogs and cats for over 15 years is inviting applications for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and lead the organizational HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
• Manage onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation of new hires.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
• Administer HR operations such as visas, labour cards, and government-related transactions through platforms like MOHRE, GDRFA, and Tasheel.
• Ensure organization-wide compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Accurately manage payroll processing and benefits administration in a timely manner.
• Drive the performance management process by leading review cycles and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Provide support to managers in employee growth and development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Manager within the UAE context.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and proficiency in government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and Tasheel.
• Experience in establishing or scaling human resource functions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory; additional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
