About the Role
A prominent logistics services company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance the HR function, contributing to the organization's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide all HR operations and lead the HR team effectively.
- Design, develop and execute comprehensive HR policies, processes, and strategic frameworks.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment processes, onboarding, and initiatives to improve employee retention.
- Supervise payroll administration, compensation and benefits management, attendance tracking, leave management, and maintenance of employee records.
- Administer performance evaluations, set KPIs, facilitate training programs, and champion employee development.
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievance resolutions, and investigations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and related regulatory requirements.
- Administer government HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, among others.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization policies and workforce regulations.
- Develop and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, grading scales, and salary frameworks.
- Compile and present HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and analytics to senior management.
- Support organizational development strategies including succession planning and boosting employee engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have at least seven years of experience in human resources management.
- Experience within logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or related operational sectors is highly advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and relevant government HR systems.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
