Overview
We are seeking a visionary Global Human Resources Director to collaborate closely with the CEO and business head in advancing the future of an AI-driven global education company. This leadership role encompasses guiding HR operations and constructing scalable organizational models, cultivating leadership capabilities, and innovating talent systems to support AI-integrated organizational transformations across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design adaptable organizational structures and operating models that underpin swift global expansion and embed AI-enabled workflows and decision-making processes.
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives encompassing organization design, workforce transformation, and change management.
- Enhance organizational agility by continuously redefining roles, team structures, and collaboration methods.
- Partner with business leaders to boost organizational efficiency, speed of execution, and innovation capacity.
- Develop a global talent strategy that integrates executive recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility frameworks.
- Craft leadership competency models tailored for business, technical, and educational sectors and ensure robust talent pipelines through succession processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning focused on leadership, AI literacy, digital skills, and management excellence, incorporating AI-powered learning tools and personalized development paths.
- Shape a high-impact, ownership-based culture aligned with the company's educational mission, fostering innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and robust employee engagement via data-informed feedback mechanisms.
- Manage strategic workforce planning with a focus on people analytics, productivity, and competitive compensation and recognition programs supporting sustainable growth.
- Lead HR operations across multiple regions, reinforcing HR business partnership capabilities and ensuring compliance with employment laws worldwide.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational health, capability gaps, and workforce development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred.
- Strong expertise in Organization Development (OD), performance management, global rewards, and international employment regulations.
- Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR within top internet, edtech, or global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multinational teams and HR operations worldwide.
- Proven success in large-scale organizational transformations, international market expansion, or headquarters establishment.
- Expertise in workforce budgeting, cost optimization, and enterprise performance management system design and execution.
