About the Role

The Human Resources team is essential in supporting staff by providing necessary resources, guidance, and assistance to ensure their success. We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team, contributing to effective HR department operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate the onboarding process including orientation activities and preparation of employment documents such as offer letters and contracts.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR, uphold accurate and compliant employee records, and monitor adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, performance management activities, training programs, and manage internal HR communications.
- Perform general administrative duties including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and securely maintaining personnel files.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Approachable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor.
