Role Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will be an integral part of the HR department, handling daily HR functions such as maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating training initiatives. The position requires managing HR documentation, assisting with benefits administration, updating HR information systems, responding efficiently and professionally to employee queries, organizing HR meetings, and aiding in the implementation of company HR policies and procedures. The role also contributes to enhancing employee engagement activities. This position is full-time and based onsite in Dubai, entailing close cooperation with HR leadership and other internal teams to facilitate effective HR operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in human resources functions and HR management principles to support day-to-day HR tasks and policy execution.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems for accurate employee data management.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes, encompassing enrollment and document management.
- Familiarity with coordinating training programs, including onboarding and employee development support.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all documentation.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with professional handling of confidential information.
- Competency in MS Office or equivalent productivity software; experience in real estate or professional service sectors considered advantageous.
- Preferred educational background includes a diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
