We are seeking a Senior Human Data Specialist to join one of our clients on a full-time remote basis. This position entails overseeing all aspects of data collection, validation, and annotation to ensure the delivery of top-quality training datasets essential for AI model development. The specialist will manage teams of human annotators and work closely with technical stakeholders to align data standards with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce data annotation guidelines to ensure uniformity and precision across datasets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a group of annotators to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to determine data needs for AI training and evaluation purposes.
- Oversee annotation workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance with client-specific requirements.
- Assist in creating frameworks for assessing data quality and defining performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced in managing sizable data annotation projects focused on AI and machine learning datasets.
- Skilled in data validation procedures and quality assurance for both structured and unstructured data.
- Strong leadership abilities to direct annotator teams and improve workflow efficiency.
- Familiarity with annotation software such as Label Studio, Prodigy, or equivalents.
- Capable of understanding technical specifications and conveying them through clear annotation guidance.
