Your Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and administration of the HubSpot platform, including both CMS and CRM components.
- Develop and maintain websites and landing pages via HubSpot CMS.
- Create and update dashboards, detailed reports, and automation workflows within HubSpot CRM to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with Marketing, Lead Management, and Data departments to optimize the entire customer journey.
- Analyze data from website and CRM systems to improve conversion rates, segmentation strategies, and overall process efficiency.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Proven practical experience as a HubSpot Administrator managing CRM and CMS platforms.
- Deep knowledge of website interaction points, data architecture, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is advantageous; expertise in HubL and API integrations adds value.
- Structured, problem-solving approach combined with a cooperative and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills enabling collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are beneficial.
