Job description
Role Overview
The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the assigned hub, acting as the primary accountable leader for the hub's profitability, team well-being, and delivery of customer commitments. This role plays a crucial part in driving the efficiency of the quick-commerce hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hub activities including inbound processing, storage, professional staff, and rider coordination.
- Ensure order fulfillment rates and completion happen within designated SLA timelines.
- Lead and organize a team comprising professionals, riders, and store associates, handling scheduling and attendance oversight.
- Collaborate with HR on roster planning and managing surge workforce requirements.
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide in-person coaching on the floor.
- Foster an organizational culture focused on accountability, rapid execution, and ongoing improvements.
- Oversee inventory health by ensuring stock accuracy, minimizing wastage, and clearing obsolete stock efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and create a secure working environment for all hub staff.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 50,000 to 55,000.
