HSE Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and self-assured Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Trainers to join our team based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in HSE, along with strong delivery capabilities and proficiency in creating professional training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct a variety of HSE training courses for clients.
• Lead training sessions for participants attending our training facility.
• Facilitate online HSE training when required.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to client sites to provide on-site training.
• Stay at client premises as needed during training programs.
• Continuously develop and update training presentations, course content, assessments, and other related materials.
• Deliver all training sessions professionally, confidently, and in an interactive manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of NEBOSH IGC or GIC certification.
• Level 6 International Diploma in HSE or actively pursuing its completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in delivering trainings.
• Basic practical experience within the HSE domain.
• Prior experience delivering NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, IADC, or similar HSE-related courses is an advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at client sites as required.
