Role Overview

The role involves working closely with HR information and data, contributing to process enhancements and reporting developments. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and insightful HR and payroll reports and analyses.
- Provide training and support on payroll reporting to Payroll Advisors.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct testing for system updates and improvements.
- Participate in key projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate organisational structures and position management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven analytical skills with enthusiasm for data and reporting.
- Ability to extract data, analyze it, and craft clear, high-quality written reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to deliver accurate, timely information.
- Experience with computerized payroll systems, preferably Technology One, and sound knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Excellent organisational abilities paired with great attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.
- Team player with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled at relationship building internally, maintaining trust and rapport.
- High integrity with respect for confidentiality and sensitivity in handling information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable employment and payroll legislations.

This is a permanent full-time role with 37.5 working hours per week. The employer is open to part-time arrangements or job sharing. Salary ranges between NZD 95,000 and NZD 105,000 annually.
