Role Overview
The HR Generalist supports both business leaders and employees by delivering key HR initiatives and managing daily people processes. You will collaborate with managers to facilitate talent management, employee relations, performance management, engagement activities, and enhance organizational effectiveness, aligning with company policies and HR standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and staff, offering guidance on HR policies and employee matters while nurturing stakeholder relationships.
- Assist in the rollout of performance management cycles, including calibration discussions, talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs.
- Offer initial employee relations assistance, support investigations, disciplinary actions, and ensure consistent application of policies.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and exit procedures.
- Support organizational structure updates, position management, and maintain accurate HR data for compliance.
- Help execute training needs analyses and learning and development initiatives in coordination with business leaders and the Talent team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with performance management cycles and talent management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Skilled in policy implementation and compliance.
- Background in managing employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Proficient with hiring and onboarding procedures.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within generalist or HR operations roles.
- Exposure to multinational or matrix organizational environments is a plus.
