Job Overview

We seek a self-sufficient HR & Admin Manager to oversee all human resources and office administrative functions independently at our Patna location.

Human Resources Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR documentation.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and address grievances.
• Organize performance evaluations and coordinate training initiatives.

Administrative Duties

• Oversee daily office operations efficiently.
• Handle vendor relations, manage office supplies, and supervise housekeeping efforts.
• Manage company assets and inventory control.
• Act as liaison with external agencies and regulatory bodies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in HR or administration roles.
• MBA or PGDM qualification in HR preferred; however, demonstrated experience can substitute.
• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Current resident of Patna or willing to relocate.
