Situated on the vibrant Al Maryah Island waterfront in Abu Dhabi, the Four Seasons Hotel offers bright, open spaces with stunning city and Arabian Gulf views. Within a modern 34-storey glass tower, the hotel features 200 well-lit accommodations, including 38 suites. It houses six innovative restaurants and lounges and is recognized as the premier upscale entertainment venue in the area. Role Overview

The Houseman supports the Housekeeping team in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation, and smooth functioning of guest rooms, residences, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include managing supplies, equipment, and linens to facilitate a comfortable and clean environment for guests and residents. This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager within the Housekeeping Department.

Key Duties

• Assist Room Attendants by maintaining stock of guest room supplies, removing trash and debris, and keeping guest floors and rooms clean.
• Provide support by covering duties of Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant during absences or periods of high workload.
• Identify opportunities to personalize and enhance each guest’s service experience.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality brand.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a dedicated work ethic.
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Energetic personality with a positive, proactive attitude towards assigned duties.
