Job description
Role Overview
At Infinite Aged Care, the Hotel Services team is essential in delivering exceptional hospitality and support services that enhance residents' everyday quality of life. Opportunities exist across Housekeeping, Servery, Kitchen Assistant, and Café roles, all dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
Housekeeping Assistants are responsible for providing vital cleaning and laundry tasks, ensuring strict infection control and fostering a safe, healthy living area. This includes cleaning resident rooms, communal areas, dining rooms, administration offices, entrances, outdoor spaces, and managing laundry to support resident needs.
Servery and Kitchen Assistants play a supportive role by helping with food preparation, plating, serving meals, washing dishes, and upholding kitchen and dining cleanliness standards, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals and an enjoyable dining experience.
Café Assistants offer warm, professional service to residents, their families, and visitors by preparing and serving drinks, assisting with light food service, maintaining high standards of café presentation, and nurturing a friendly social environment.
These roles involve physical activities such as bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items. It is crucial to perform these duties safely to avoid injury to oneself, colleagues, or residents.
