Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeper / Steward at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai. The individual will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area, kitchen, storage spaces, and restrooms, adhering to both company policies and local health regulations.
Key Duties
- Clean tables and floors on a regular basis to maintain a pristine environment.
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and utensils efficiently and thoroughly.
- Keep storage of cleaning supplies and materials orderly and stocked.
- Assist kitchen and service teams by maintaining tidy workstations.
- Dispose of waste securely and responsibly following safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly for timely resolution.
- Engage courteously with colleagues and guests as needed, helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality housekeeping or steward role is advantageous but not required.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to sanitation.
- Basic familiarity with kitchen processes and safety standards related to food preparation.
- Physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods and handle lifting tasks.
- Excellent communication abilities and aptitude for working collaboratively in a team.
