Role Overview

The Ripon Inn, an elegant Edwardian building in the heart of Ripon city, has undergone extensive refurbishment and is now ready to welcome guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards expected at the Inns, ensuring that guest rooms and public spaces are immaculate and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to rigorous standards ensuring a pristine environment
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas to provide a warm welcome
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant department
• Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene guidelines
• Manage inventory supplies such as linen, towels, and room amenities efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team to create memorable guest experiences
