Housekeeper

About the Role

Kotarides Property Management is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeper to join their expanding team in Yorktown, Virginia. This full-time position is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of apartments, models, the clubhouse, and surrounding grounds.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of the leasing office, clubhouse, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments ensuring prompt readiness according to instructions from the Property Manager.
• Conduct regular property inspections on foot to collect and remove any litter and debris, maintaining the overall tidiness of the site.
• Manage and maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking and upkeep.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents, fostering positive community relations.
• Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and the company’s safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in cleaning roles, ideally in residential settings.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $19.00.
