Role Overview

The full-time Hotel General Manager position, based on-site in Lagos, involves comprehensive oversight of daily hotel operations. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high guest satisfaction levels, driving financial performance, and enforcing adherence to company policies and established hospitality standards. The role also requires devising and executing business strategies, overseeing budgets, enhancing food and beverage services, and cultivating a customer-focused, excellence-driven culture.
