Role Overview

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will master a range of cleaning duties, responsible for preserving the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of all hotel areas. You will be empowered to act promptly and effectively, whether fulfilling guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and common spaces, or handling other assigned responsibilities. Your dedication ensures that the hotel spaces contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel premises, including guest rooms and communal areas.
• Respond efficiently to guests' needs and requests related to the upkeep of their environment.
• Replenish and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Engage consistently in physical activity such as standing, walking for prolonged periods, lifting, moving, pushing, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures to guarantee a safe workspace and uphold confidentiality.
• Maintain professional standards in uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
