Role Overview

This position is about more than providing guests with a spotless room and freshly prepared bed; it's about crafting a memorable and distinct guest experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will master various housekeeping duties to ensure the entire hotel's appearance and cleanliness meet high standards. Your responsibilities will include responding to guest requests, maintaining supply carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related tasks—all contributing to an excellent guest environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will have autonomy within your work space to carry out necessary cleaning and maintenance activities that impact guest satisfaction.

Essential Work Conditions and Duties

• Operate safely and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and uphold quality standards consistently.
• Maintain professional appearance, including uniform and communication.
• Be physically active: standing, sitting, or walking for long periods and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
