The Hostess role stands as a vital first and last point of contact within the restaurant, responsible for crafting lasting guest impressions and ensuring seamless, welcoming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, guaranteeing outstanding arrival and departure moments.
• Handle reservations, organize seating layouts, and control guest traffic to optimize service flow and satisfaction.
• Relay information about VIP guests, preferences, and special requests clearly to the service team.
• Maintain the tidiness, order, and ambiance of the reception and dining areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction continually and assist in remedying service issues when they arise.
• Adhere strictly to the Rosewood Brand and LQA service standards in all guest interactions.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in hostessing, guest relations, restaurant, or hospitality roles.
• A strong passion for delivering memorable first impressions and outstanding guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities coupled with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Highly organized and adept at managing reservations, guest flows, and diverse tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with restaurant reservation systems and POS technologies.
• Fluent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
